Supporting ND Employees Many organisations are committed to inclusion but lack the practical understanding of how neurodiversity shows up in everyday working life. Workplaces are often designed around narrow expectations of communication, productivity, and “professionalism,” which can unintentionally exclude neurodivergent employees.
